What better way to start off the year than with a nutrition challenge?! Many of you have done these before through Modig Fitness and experienced great results. For any newbies, the challenge is easier than you might think and the benefits are incredible. Details are below – sign up by January 15th!
Nutrition Challenge Info:
The Rules are simple:
-No sugar, no dairy, no grains, no alcohol during the challenge.
-A post workout meal or shake will be required to be consumed at the gym. (Protein will be allowed on the challenge)
-A liquid fish oil supplement will be required nightly.
-Dates: January 20th-Febraury 25th. SIGN UP AT THE GYM BY JANUARY 15th
– A kickoff dinner will be held at and by MaxMuscle Centennial on Sunday, January 19th at 9:00am.
– Your attendance will be required as they will be doing all of our full body analysis on their brand new, non invasive machine.
– MaxMuscle will be providing all of the food for dinner.
-Max Muscle will also be giving all Modig Fitness members a 15% discount on all supplements.
-$50 covers your buy-in for the challenge
-The more people who sign up, the better the prizes.
-Winners will come from performance increase and % body composition increase. (If weight loss is not your goal, you can still win)
-Challengers will be added to a private Facebook group for the duration of the challenge.
-A small nutrition packet will be provided and will include:
-A full week example meal plan.
-Easy portion system
-Meal tracking log (any and all food and liquid consumption must be tracked)
