CrossFit and paleo are often linked together. Kind of like peanut butter and jelly…but wait, that’s not paleo. For those that have altered their nutritional habits to suit paleo, or hunter/gatherer or caveman as it’s also called, it has likely become part of your routine and habit. But for anyone that has just started, it can be a little daunting. Thankfully, you’re not the first person that’s felt this way.
