If you are planning to attend the CrossFit Southwest Regional competition, online ticket sales are open and available at the link below. The 3 day event will be held at the Douglas County Fairgrounds on May 4th  – 6th. Modig Fitness’s own Geoff Turner will be competing, so please come and cheer Geoff and all the other CrossFitters on as they try to make it to the next level in the CrossFit Games!
