Modig Fitness Competes at the Rocky Mountain State Games

Members of Modig Fitness continue to represent at local CrossFit competitions and next weekend is no exception. Please come out and support the 7 Modig Fitness teams that will be competing at the Rocky Mountain State Games in Colorado Springs.

Classes will be canceled on Saturday July 20th as all of the Modig coaches are competing.
