Okay Modig Fitness…the clock is ticking. December 31, 2012 is fast approaching. A few months ago we put up a large white board on the wall for you to write your goals for 2012. Every day, you walk in to Modig and do a WOD, those goals are staring you in the face. Have you been able to put a big fat circle around it, signifying that you’ve accomplished it? If not, what are you doing to further you along in completing that goal? We’re only going to start the process over again on January 1st, so push yourself folks. Push yourself these last few weeks and then, come January 1st…set some new goals.
