4. What is your favorite lift? Deadlift or Back Squat

6. What do you think is the biggest myth about CrossFit? CrossFit will make you too muscular
7. What do you like to do (besides CrossFit) on the weekends? Spend time with my family and friends
8. What is something about you that most people don’t know? I’m very afraid of trying new things, especially by myself.
9. What is your favorite (paleo or non-paleo) food? Lately it’s Chicken Parmesan for Paleo, and Non-Paleo…there’s not much I don’t like.
10. How has CrossFit changed your life? It’s given me the chance to realize there’s nothing I can’t do
