There are a lot of fun things happening over the next few months, specifcally the 2013 CrossFit Games Open!!   We will be doing all of the Open WODs at the gym so sign up and see how you fare against the rest of the world. Trust me, it is crazy fun. There are a couple of other competitions as well – sign-up for the Tough Mudder and GoRuck is posted on the board to gauge interest. And lastly, there is a CrossFit St. Paddy’s Day competition – the Atlas Blarney Stone CrossFit competition. Websites for all are listed below!
