CrossFit Games – Best Video Ever

The 2013 CrossFit Open starts this week and it’s shaping up to be the most competitive one yet. After scouring the internet for some of the best videos from the 2012 games, this one rose as the clear winner.  Modig Fitness currently has 21 members signed up to see how they fair against the fittest people in the world. After watching this video, you might wonder if there isn’t one more Modig mascot that shouldn’t sign up?
