Saturday Morning Yoga at Modig Fitness!

Beginning Saturday January 19th, we will be offering a Saturday morning drop-in yoga class at 7am. The fee will be $5 per class. Yoga is a great way to work on both strength and flexibility. Mobility is a key element to CrossFit and this will be just one additional way you can “perform basic maintenance on yourself.”
