Our Strength & Conditioning classes offer Performance and Fitness tracks that are designed to get you in great shape- each having a slightly different emphasis. The Performance program will have more barbell movements, heavier weights, and is designed to build power, strength, and efficiency. The Fitness option has no heavy barbell movements and is ideal if your primary goal is overall improved quality of life, maintenance of lean body mass and, if desired, decreased body fat. Both options are incredible, often overlap with one another, and will simultaneously get you in great shape. Whether you are new to High Intensity Training or have been doing it for years, we will work closely with you to determine the best initial path.
