The Modig team is highly experienced and multifaceted. Many of us have been coaching since 2008, are former collegiate athletes, have degrees in exercise or nutrition and view our role as way more than just a job. We have invested our lives in schooling, certifications and experience in giving you the most technically proficient, enjoyable and effective fitness experience. Whether you’re in Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, or Centennial we’re close by!
We strategically program workouts that are unique and will challenge you in a multitude of ways. We use different time domains, intensity, fitness modalities (cardio, weightlifting, gymnastics, etc.) and functional movements. Our primary goal is to help each member accomplish their fitness goals in a safe and fun environment. We also provide individualized member programming that allows you to take your goals to the next level with one-on-one attention.
We have nutrition experts on staff readily available to help you reach your personal fitness goals. We take a holistic approach to wellness that incorporates exercise, nutrition, stress management and a number of other factors. We can’t wait to help you achieve your goals!
Modig offers speciality clinics to all our members to provide additional training in areas like Gymnastics, Rowing, Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting and more. These 1 to 2 hour speciality clinics are a wonderful addition to enhance your skills and have fun with the other Modig Members!
Located at 7048 E. County Line Road near the intersection of Quebec and County Line, Modig is an ideal location for residents of Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Centennial and Littleton. Our 3,000 square foot air-conditioned facility is fully equipped with a Rogue rack, Rogue Air Bikes, C2 Rowers, Olympic Weightlifting bars, bumper plates, kettlebells, sand bags and more. The gym includes two full bathrooms with showers, a retail area, separate area for small children and a retail area that includes a variety of apparel, supplements and beverages!

We are committed to providing an environment in which each person gets dedicated support in accomplishing his or her fitness goals. You can count on accomplishing something you have never done before with Modig. It might be performing an Olympic lift for the first time, front squatting more than your body weight or completing a handstand push up. Perhaps it’ll be recognizing how strong you truly are with simple modifications to form. It is accomplishments like this that ripple across our box on a weekly, often daily, basis. It is what makes Modig so exciting! The constant variety of of our workouts is what keeps people coming back, let alone the fact you are getting fitter and healthier.
